We provide injection mold manufacturing, new mold design, and mold repair/rebuilding. By providing services in
all three areas of injection molding, we have the advantage of testing a mold design in a manufacturing process environment
on production presses, which provides quick access to testing of a new or rebuilt mold. In a majority of cases, we can
bypass the need to ship the mold to a separate manufacturing facility for testing, which saves valuable time and money.
We use our own manufacturing presses for the testing to ensure that the mold operates as it should. This is especially important when an issue manifests itself and there is a need to make adjustments to the mold design. Imagine if it were necessary to ship the mold back and forth between the mold design toolroom and a separate manufacturing facility elsewhere 2 or 3 times. That would eat up several days in shipping time and would require additional shipping charges back and forth.
From an injection mold manufacturing perspective, should your mold need repair, we are able to handle that process in-house as well, saving, again, valuable downtime in the manufacturing of your product.
If you have smaller quantity requirements and/or need shorter lead times, various injection molding companies may not consider a job like that to be feasible, or of 'low value' with responses typically seen from some injection molding companies.
